My current weight loss techniques include:
- Skipping breakfast by putting protein isolate and coconut oil in my coffee.
- Smaller portions put on smaller plates to fool my eyes into thinking it’s more food.
- Training myself to chew for longer so my brain has time to realize that I’m full.
- Eating foods with more protein and fat, less carbs than ever.
- Continuing my strength training and cardio to maintain fitness while slimming down.
If anyone else has any advice or tips, I’d love to hear them! Especially if they’re possible on a very limited budget.
