     @zackwhittaker @PogoWasRight Can you clarify whether implied threats of violence from people who may not otherwise count as criminals count as "criminal threats"?

     @PogoWasRight @zackwhittaker I reported a spammer to the police after his email service provider forwarded my complaint to him and he tried to get me to retract my complaint. Now that I think more about it... probably counts.

     The actual serious criminals are professionals in my experience and do not do such nonsense.
