     You shouldn't be using windows 10 with that configuration.

     I have a ThinkPad T40 with only 512 Mb RAM and it's pretty damn slow even in XP — browsing "modern web" is unbearable.
     
     My 800 MHz ARM machine with half a gigabyte of RAM on the other hand :marseybuff:  acts as a VPN box and hosts:
     — my Gemini capsule
     — HTTP-to-Gemini proxy
     — Squid HTTP proxy
     — TOR proxy
     — WebDAV server that my phone uploads photos to
     — cmus that can play music from an external hard drive connected to an amp and speakers plugged into the box and it's web remote
     — web remote for my TV
     — minidlna, so I can watch movies from the hard drive on my TV
     — Samba, so I can upload and access stuff on the hard drive from other computers
     — imageproxy that my snac2 instance uses to convert WebPee to normal images
     — hydroxide, so that I can access ProtonMail using "normal" software
     — SimplyTranslate
     — Bloat
     — dedicated Quake 3 server
