      @a1ba I think it's even worse than ETS during free time, and more like using a professional simulator during free time.
      Specially as quite a lot of the homelabs seem to reproduce the same kinds of setups as corporate, including the horrible parts, while their jobs should have a lab environment.

      And at least on dev side of things you can often have the stuff related to dayjob being done during work hours.
      (Interestingly haven't had to ask about how upstreaming works yet for current job at Open Group, and it has a lab with few machines)
