   I feel like this is America in a nutshell.

   If you have a car, space for stuff, a Costco membership, and can plan ahead, then 25 pounds of stuff is $5.59. You think life is great.

   If you don’t have any of those things and only have access to retail prices, then the same product is almost $10 for 1 pound

     @irene what we need is like adult friend groups that converge around taking turns to go to Costco and divvying things up for people to collect

     @skinnylatte yeah I was telling my husband the other day that we should consider buying meat in bulk and selling it to friends but then I was like oh no, then I’d be running a grocery store CSA
