   @kevinmehall @regehr @cr1901 👍 I'm not criticizing any particular project here, and it sounds like they have the right idea. I just mean this kinda confusion about the goal is a theme I've seen.

     @regehr @cr1901 @kevinmehall I found the way that works reliably: start a reply (or editing an existing reply), then nav to the post you want to quote and click the quote-boost button on it. The quote gets attached to your in-progress reply/edit.
