   The system produces billionaires, who produce oligarchy. This is the purpose of the system currently in place.

   The system isn't broken. It's functioning precisely as designed.

   Solution: burn it down. Use the ashes as fertilizer for a better system.

     Replace publicly traded companies with cooperatives, and see if new billionaires are ever created again.

     * 1 share per person.
     * 1 dividend per person.
     * 1 shareholder vote per person.
     * The person must be a worker or customer.

     Screwing over someone for profit stops being profitable when you get a slice of the pie that's exactly the same as everyone else's and you're one of the people who would get screwed over.
