but for real though.
I wouldn't use an ATtiny85, but an ESP32 with a SATA bridge (e.g. QSPI or OSPI based) would absolutely rule for telemetry storage. stick a 2.5" enterprise HDD on there and you could build a data logger that lasts a decade.
