     @anon_opin if by "nice guys" you mean the pretend types seen on r/niceguys, then sure. Otherwise, no. You can be a good landlord by not being a piece of shit, it's easy.

     "Good landlords" are a bit like "nice guys". If you have to go out of your way to insist how good you are, you probably aren't.
