   @qualia @ireneista Oh yes this is a thing, this is why every heated blanket sold has a legally mandated "turn off" timer

   I was mad at it and then I looked it up and apparently seniors would straight up Die from being under a mildly warm blanket for too long

     @ireneista its weird bc its like. they aren't actually that hot to touch but i guess when it happens for six to eight hours continuously the body is like "hey no stop that"
