     Confirmation that a fungal infection (two, actually) was our culprit.

     Recovery will be a long road, but given this time last week I didn’t know whether Bubbles would still be here by now, I’m focusing on being grateful.

     Many thanks to the folks who sent their good wishes on what was a rough few days for our family. ❤️

     As of today, there is no longer a fungus among us.

     It’s still not clear the degree to which her lungs will ever fully recover, but celebrating this milestone regardless.
