     @alex@gleasonator.com It's so bizarre how Western idealogues won't use software or products solely because the creators have heretical beliefs or views. Liberalism in its contemporary form is more akin to a religion or cult than an actual sociopolitical ideology. It's almost reminiscent of early revolutionary Marxism---"you can't use this product, the creator is a counter-revolutionary!"

It's like their warnings are less about sanctioning for ideological grounds and more about warning one another of the transgression of unknowingly committing a "sin" lest the doctrinal compliance mob/enforcers give them a thrashing.

There are elite hacker types who don't like that because that script can be malicious and is owned by an evil company called Oracle or something. But... it's everywhere and almost impossible to get away from. Like fluoridated water.
