@s2208 If they renounce Judaism, I accept them back into the family fold of Christianity

@JeffGrimesArt @WhitestTemplar @s2208 @ArmchairEconomist01 Brother, that’s an extremely uncharitable interpretation of Catholicism. No practicing Catholic “idolizes the saints over Christ”.
>When they started manifesting the spiritual salvation of Christ as works ("Communion"), they were lost.
What does this mean? I was raised evangelical and anti-Catholic, and I’m not familiar with this.
>Infant baptism
This has been a point of debate within the church going back to the early second century with the earliest objectors stating it should be done when the chid grows to choose it of their own accord. It was seen as “removal of original sin” and the further decision to follow Christ ought to be in the hands of the individual when they were older (“age of accountability” was a term I heard when young). The decision was made for baptism of children rather than denying them a sacrament.

The Catholic church was damned before it ever got off the ground. When they started idolizing the "Saints" over Christ they were lost. When they started manifesting the spiritual salvation of Christ as works ("Communion"), they were lost.
Salvation is a free gift. It's not something babies have the physical/intellectual development to accept, so their baptism is in vain. It's also not something you "earn" by doing the works the Catholic Church ordains.

@ArmchairEconomist01 @s2208 They have already done this and have destroyed the Catholic Church by doing so. It is no accident that the Catholic church has turned mad gay. Conversos are responsible for it.

@Robert_Edwardly @JeffGrimesArt @WhitestTemplar @s2208 @ArmchairEconomist01 I’m not trying to bash him. I’ve encountered literally dozens of different “sola scriptura” points of view, so at this point it doesn’t mean much to me besides “Protestant”. I don’t mean to throw punches with that statement either, but this is a land mine of a topic.

@BowsacNoodle @JeffGrimesArt @WhitestTemplar @s2208 @ArmchairEconomist01 I also don't think you even understand the Bible from a sola scriptura perspective, so it's not like every Protestant here understands what you're on about either.
