   yup all "optional" government things are like this. I think a sane rule is that if something is "optional" it should take no more than 2x as long, and that should be enforced.

     @buttered_poasties remember, the problem isn't the police, it's the system. The police are just guys who respond to incentives who also have enforcement powers. It's easy to get mad at them, but the state is the problem when shit isn't isolated.
