   Have you checked the current state of Samsung SmartThings? I happily replaced it for Home Assistant and won't turn back, but since you don't want HA it might be an option. I know it does ZWave and ZigBee (and even Threads), but I'm not sure about HomeKit.

     Smart home friends. I need advice. I need a device (hub) that integrates into a home full of ZigBee devices and offers an interface to Apple HomeKit and Google Assistant. Since the home has a lot of Sonoff devices, I've been loking at the Sonoff ZBBridge-U. Yes I know HA exists but I'm looking for sth else. Any advice? Experience with the ZBBridge-U?
