    Why has no company made a laptop with a trackball? Those were so awesome in the 90s. Just put a little pop out trackball, or one that sinks in to the palmrest. Touchpads suck!

      @hellomiakoda I think it's cheaper and probably faster to assemble. Dealing with the tiny trackballs would be a pain. I prefer trackballs, but I don't try to save a penny because, if we sold a billion of them, why, that's real money. Hi, Altos!

      @hellomiakoda Oh, I remember those. My dad had one.

      It's probably because they're more mechanically complex. Trackballs need small, fragile sensors which are more prone to breakage than touchpads.
