     @selzero All I'm finding is something about two of his motorcade cops colliding with each other. Vance wasn't directly involved.

     Was there some other story I'm not finding?

     @selzero An officer down is the highest priority to fellow officers.

     Had anyone in the motorcade noticed this guy fall, either the motorcade would have been completely halted, or several of the cops at least would have pulled off to assist the fallen.

     That *citizens* had to render aid tells me no one saw.
