   Overstimulated... I open my earplug case and... one apparently fell out somewhere.
   Just raw dogging sensory sensitivity for a while, I guess.
   The caregiver they sent today.... no car. Yep, wants me on a bus to get groceries. Fucking nope!

   Already had one meltdown this week, what's another one, amiright?

   Workbench light and PC are busted, smart home fucked up his morning, phone wont make calls...

     Wonderful... Neighbor running some horrid high pitch machine that sounds like a fucking jet engine, and then there's A LITERAL FUCKING JET ENGINE!

     There is no chance I'm making it all the way to the end of the day unmelted. There's just not.
     Let's hope I can make it to my stupid appointment I don't want to go to and back in time to at least melt at home. This week needs to end!!!
