   When spouse was in 2nd grade (1961), there were four other kids in his class named John. Teacher decided that each of the Johns would be addressed by their initials

   Spouse became JK and never looked back. There are people who have known him 20+ years who don't know what the 'J' stands for

   Anyway, once upon a time he needed to carry business cards, and a friend came up with this design (contact info is on the back). I found this in a jacket pocket today and could not love it more

     @kims I once referred to someone else with the same initials as "JK" in the presence of a mutual colleague. I was immediately corrected: "there is only one JK, and we all know who that is."

     My wife's name starts with an "N", and mine with an "M", so I made this illustration for our wedding card. 🙂

     Nowhere in this thread have I mentioned what the K in JK stands (stood) for. It stands for Kullmann. John Kullmann

     Yet you're the second person to somehow divine that the JK on the business card is married to Kim Scheinberg?

     [I mean, yeah, he took my last name in 2002, but he was John Kullmann way longer than he's been JK Scheinberg]

     Also, Plexus? I was still in middle school when JK was at Plexus. Talk about children, lol. Thx for the laugh

     @kims JKL here; if I were not long past the need for a business card, I’d steal the design. (I worked with JK back in the 80s when I was doing some freelance hardware design for Plexus, and we were all still children.)
