   Naw like I said, I don't think you HAVE to be "crazy" to be a Nazi, but I am increasingly becoming convince that this PARTICULAR Nazi is just objectively missing certain parts of what makes you human - specifically empathy, reflection, and the ability to recognize a world outside of yourself.

   I agree 100% that nazis aren't crazy, they're just the worst fucking people alive by choice. But Trump is also fucking broken afaict.

     @waitworry Yeah, more or less. I honestly think this really explains a lot about Trump's behavior and why he's not quite the same as the other Nazis.

     They're trying to kill their own empathy, as a sort of religious exercise to become what Trump already is - a guy who one and truly does not give a fuck about anyone but himself, indeed, does not appear CAPABLE of giving a fuck about anyone else.

     I'm not a doctor, but I been watching this guy for probably 15 years now and it makes the pieces fit.

     Think of it this way - you know the way Nazis are always calling you an NPC and accusing other people of using a dialogue tree?

     I think Trump really does think other people are like that. Because he really does think he is the essential human being in his reality.

     Would you consider, even for a second, whether or not an NPC in a video game found your banter/lies/stories believable? No you wouldn't. Because they're not really people, you're the ppl, they're scenery.

     In the end, that might be the "it factor" that Trump has, that for example would be Furhers like DeSantis, Vance, and Tom Cotton (don't laugh, in 2018 I was terrified that guy was gonna be "Trump but vaguely competent) don't - at the end of the day, they KNOW that you know they're full of shit. So they can never quite actualize the fantasy required to manage a cult of personality.

     Trump? I don't think Trump considers you human enough to really entertain the idea you're not buying his bullshit.
