     @dickflatteningenthusiast I got a new manager recently who acts the same way. She stated that one of her goals is to get everyone able to do everything. Since then I've been shuffled around 4 times so far and I'm finding big mistakes that could cause a lot of issues every couple days. I'm currently doing 5 different tasks at the same time, and it feels like hell. Ever since that bitch was put into this department I've thought about quitting every few minutes.

     Foids in HR roles and shit are annoying, sure. The few boomers and spiritual-boomers still hanging on to their workplace are frustrating, yes.
     
     But I'm personally more slighted by these fucking Gen X men in middle management with 1.5 kids, developing back pain and unruly teenager fatigue who make it their job to henpeck you over shit that overpaid cat ladies in administration should be handling.
     
     I know this sounds incredibly specific, but I keep meeting these fucking guys in every white collar environment i go and i'm sick of them. At least i can manipulate the foids and cat ladies to my own ends. These guys are just black holes of charisma who project their poorly managed family life onto their workplace full of Gen Y & Z who are one (1) poor performance review away from just going back to packing shelves at a supermarket because it pays nearly as well for none of the stress.
