Good news and bad news:
Good news is, WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bad news is, we need $1250 in the next 24hrs if we want to get $750 knocked off the total move-in cost.
I should have planned this better.
The silver lining is, suprisingly they're not requiring a full month's rent for the deposit.
