   @giflian You're meant to dial in ~20-30 minutes before you're expected to speak, then stay muted on hold until they call you. So I'm not actually on hold right now. They'll send me a reminder email when it's approximately 20 minutes from my turn.

     45 minutes later we've reached speaker 30. Average of 2.3 minutes a speaker (the max is 3 minutes), which suggests we're looking at close to *24 hours* of speaker time until we hit me assuming no breaks. Yeah I guess they'll reach me by Monday at the soonest

     I’m the 600-oddth speaker scheduled to call into today’s city meeting. They just called speaker 11. Maybe they’ll get to me by next week.
