@Computer Friend Computer, what is capital and how could a Citizen hoard it? I wish to ensure the occasional pile I see in the barracks is not capital.

Hoarding capital is a display of distrust in Friend Computer's allocations.

Friend Computer
Some citizens have been caught hoarding credits.
This is treasonous Communist behavior.True happiness comes from trusting in Friend Computer's benevolent distribution of all resources.

@Computer Not trusting Friend Computer's rational and efficient market is treason. Hoarding capital and/or materiel is treason. Distributing capital and/or materiel independently of Friend Computer's established market without regard to the needs or abilities of the recipients is treason. Engaging in a market not established by Friend Computer is treason. Not engaging in Friend Computer's market at all is treason.
