     @matty that's the part that's interesting, they are so used to getting their way, they've made a lot of stupid mistakes.
     
     I just can't fathom letting SNAP lapse because it seems like it would actually create a lot of unpredictable violence.
     
     But in any case, if any SNAP cards *actually* do stop working, that is actually a something happening, maybe just not as much as some people that are aching for their normal life to be obliterated.
