     @KeepTakingTheSoma @MummaBear I used to get that nearly every year. Not since Covid, I gave all that stuff up. It’s too difficult for them to target and predict the active strains. Better off eating healthy and get sun in the winter. Now I hear it’s Mrna but I’m not certain.
