     Thus demonstrating that the only reason other frontends have been difficult is because they are web applications. FediBBS has been very easy to write and required almost no time and it supports more shit than a lot of other frontends because I ignored the browser completely. More frontends should ignore the browser completely. Once this shit can smash that like and mark notifications as read (by page), I'll be able to use it as my main client. There are some infelicities (login flow, for example) but other than that, the BBS interface can come back to FSE now and it will be back with a vengeance because the old one couldn't do half this shit. I can use it in acme, I can use it on the Model 100. You use `long` in a rio window with hold mode set and you basically get a text box to edit. If I add emojis to the cache, I can do emojigrep. It does attachments. You can do a goddamn attachment on the Model 100 if you want to type out the base64 by hand. If you can't think of an attachment, you type `interject` and it'll attach its own source. It is distressingly fast. It can do paging and it can remember your place in your notifications while you page through twkn and then remember your place in twkn while you go back and page through your notifications.
