@revk I moved to Chase last year where, as long as I could roll over enough of a 401k, I get a dedicated banker and investment guide. They've made switching jobs, buying a new car and so many other things easier and the returns on nearly all our accounts are almost double what the previous banks were able to deliver, all for slightly lower fees than we had.

@ramsey We had that with a small provider in Florida before moving up here. Worked ok, though they weren't too responsive. Chase has really been great for that though, so far. I'm guessing if we had a bigger provider, like NWM, I might not have even looked but I'm glad we did. @revk

@chris @revk I have a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual for the same reason (having enough money with them from rolling over 401ks). Not the same as a dedicated banker, but still pretty nice.
