     @SuperMoosie These are condos - duplexes. There are 13 of them, so we currently do each roof on a 13 year cycle. The shingles might last longer. We also treat for moss. These are GAF Timberline shingles.

     I had our roofer analyze the roofs, and we're fixing them in order, based on wear. I'd like to replace them less often, but it doesn't appear that Oregon's weather events will cooperate.
