   Remember to update your image/video with alt text if, for whatever reason, it's in the replies, please. Lots of people won't open, read, or see all of your replies, so they might skip interacting with your post. Also, some people configure their clients to filter, hide, etc, posts with no alt text. And, I don't know if it's common, but I tend to not boost posts with alt text only in replies 'cause I don't want followers to misunderstand, to think that I'm sharing something that's not accessible.

     @failedLyndonLaRouchite Yep. Otherwise, people who can't see or load it for whatever reason won't be able to participate. It can be tricky when there's a lot of text, but there are tools for that. I only know of and use the one in Google Photos: if you click on the three dots at the corner, and then in "Google Lens", it will appear the option "Select text". It almost always allows you to copy all the text that's in the image, and then you can paste it in the alt text box, and edit it if needed.
