     @thebitchisback Oh, yeah, I can never deal with Canto food, glazes horrify me. But according to my other ex, apparently Chairman Mao had, whenever possible, some twice-cooked pork on the table every time he ate. Good shit, I can see why he was always smiling. :mao:

     @p I did my gap year after HS in Hong Kong and was smothered with Cantonese. I prefer Szechuan style. I'll drive over an hour each way here for premium Chinese food.

     @p I'm still living hinterland of the coast that's hometown. I keep coming back, even after interstate moves. Hopefully the 2032 Olympics bring more people here. It's paradise.
