   I saw someone do this on a flight and I don't know if it is safe so search first, but they held a tissue in a cup with a bit of hot water sealed to the ear so steam went in and it popped.

   Actually let me look. So I see it is a thing on tik Tok. I saw it on a flight and I see some articles about it but I don't know if it would help you or not. I did find this article which has some ideas of things that might help.

     I wish I could "pop" my ears... The tinnitus is louder due to the pressure on them, giving me a slight headache.
     Normally, when my ears experience this, I hold my nostrils closed and "blow" my nose. Usually this provides the pressure needed to pop the ears and give them relief.
     But now, due to the Covid and all that, when I try it, it often feels like I am pushing tears out of my tear ducts...
     Although one ear seems to be responding a bit right now. So maybe the blockage is slowly lifting a bit? Hopefully a sign of good things to come? 🤞🏻
