@jae 0.75lbs ground beef, browned, then added a quarter stick of butter while I washed a fist full of spinach, and the butter was brown when I tossed the spinach in. Then half a dozen eggs.

that sounds really good. hopefully plenty of salt.

consider being evaluated. if you had a parasite you'd likely have a world of gi issues, fatigue, poor pallor, signs of nutrient deficiency, and other fun stuff. a 'zole medication can usually wipe it o ut. they are pretty easy to get around certain foods, scenes, and animals. if you start experiencing seizures or periods of time loss it's important to expedite.
with your frame and stature your bmr is likely high, approximately 2600kcal/day to maintain your weight. if you are eating less, then yes you're dropping weight. if you can tolerate a starch, pack it in.
