     @JimmyB Hi, Thank you sincerely for any previous help, which was life-saving, though our situation is still desperate. The Gaza conflict has made our lives a living hell. My mother is a Type 1 diabetic who missed an urgent eye surgery and hasn't had insulin/medical care for 3 months. My family and I are starving and suffering. We urgently need help for food, water, medicine, and a way out. Even small amounts will help secure essentials. I'm begging for your contribution. Thanks🙏🍉🕊️
