Putting this out in the universe:

While I'm fortunate to be gainfully employed, things in the US are getting worse with each passing day. If anyone knows of an EU and/or UK-based company hiring a Senior+ engineer and willing to sponsor an American, I'd be open to the discussion.

@stevegrunwell if you have any JS experience around building a framework, we’re hiring and you can work outside the US (at some point I want to move to Portugal when we can). https://fingerprint.com/careers/jobs/apply/?gh_jid=5572591004 @topher1kenobe

@stevegrunwell fair. I guess it depends on where you want to move to. Many EU countries don’t need sponsorship like folks do here. The “nomad visas” can still be pretty great (this is how we’re looking to do it). @topher1kenobe

@chris @topher1kenobe Seems like interesting work, but here's the sticking point:

      > Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas.

      Womp womp.
