I just watched the video of the alleged shooter running across the roof. We see someone run left to right behind the upper portion of the building, which has glass, then apparently run across it and out the other side. The person runs across the roof toward the camera, negotiates a 10-foot drop near the corner of the roof, picks up something they might have dropped, runs across a lawn area to the camera's right for maybe 200 feet, then begins to walk as others are in the area.
I don't know who was controlling the camera, but it looks like it was following the shooter in real time. It follows the shooter all the way to the sidewalk far to the right. No security camera is going to have that kind of field of view (that I know of) to maneuver the image like that after the fact.
There is apparently more video of the person getting into position, and 7000 tips, but the press conference was apparently a rehash of everything we already know.
The photos look like a male. Thin, and maybe in their 20's. Could be female. They have strong ankles to not damage them in a fall from that height. Perhaps a skater.
