   I'm not anti-LLM. I'm just pro-thinking.

   Everyone I know who is REALLY into AI uses it for reading EVERYTHING longer than 1000 words.

   It's the mental equivalent of eating only smoothies, because they go down easier.

   I say this with love: reading is thinking.

   Stop letting slop think for you.

     @raiderrobert Only eating smoothies is perfectly fine. That was a rather offensive analogy, and a bad one at that:

     "AI" does not preserve the meaning ("nutrition") of what you skipped reading. It replaces it with likely drivel extruded from a statistical model built from garbage, chosen for some statistical correlations with words in the thing you skipped reading.

     @dalias @raiderrobert I was just about to post a similar response. I understand the point that @raiderrobert is making, but fast food would have been a way better analogy 😅
