   My new account on BlueSky has been closed again and today I announce that I will not return to / share any of my poetry on that dark place which does not respect freedom of expression nor the sensitivity of me being a #Palestinian suffering from #genocide. Unfortunately, another shame is recorded on them.

     I think it’s very clear why a social network would keep closing Palestinian accounts: they are Zionists and support Israel’s genocide of the Palestinian people.

     @joynewacc @palestine @aral this is very shameful on them…did they at least bother to provide a reason for the suspension? At least on Mastodon you can submit an appeal in these cases, not sure if that’s the case on Bluesky though…

     The Mastodon->Bluesky bridged option is still there, but if they have already targeted 7 of your accounts they’re likely to target that mirror account too.

     Otherwise Blacksky is another option, as someone in this thread already suggested. And there may be other Bluesky PDS instances out there that you could sign up to without being subject to the whims of the moderators on the main node (I’m no Bluesky expert and I haven’t tried to run my own PDS, but if there is someone here who has a running PDS I’m sure that they could take you onboard)

     They’ve recently stated that they’re not:

     Related, I noticed that 3/4 of accounts on Gaza Verified are on mastodon social. I've heard they're based in Germany and Zionist and banning Palestinian accounts. Not sure how true that is. But I would consider moving the accounts to an Palestinian-friendly instance just in case.
     This reminds me, I should host my own instance.
