We're now on Mitra 4.9.0! Curious as to what the import-posts function does.

@tadano
Some fedi services (Mastodon, snac2, Pixelfed) allow you to download an archive with your posts. import-posts is for importing posts from those archives.
@ex @tadano Not yet, the new command is basically a rewrite of import-outbox.sh in Rust.
But now it's easier to support attachments. I can do that if somebody gives me outbox.json containing a post with attachments.
@silverpill Now even with pictures? Nice!
@silverpill Nice! I notice Pleroma isn't in that list of fedi services though kek
@tadano I don't know whether Pleroma has this feature or not. If not, you can try to create an archive manually by crawling the outbox:
https://{domain}/users/{username}/outbox
@phnt @ex @tadano Oh, nice. I just made a backup on my Pleroma instance and successfully imported it to Mitra.
@ex Thanks. Do Misskey and Pleroma support export too?
@silverpill Sure, here it is.

@tadano If you're going to do this, keep in mind that import-posts doesn't import attachments. This will be added in the next version.
