     No you stupid fucking bitch. Obesity was nowhere near as bad for decades until we started getting past the 80s/90s. There is an an insane amount of sugar in the American diet, and those starches/sugars are bleeding out into other countries now. They demonize Dr. Adkins and keto and anything that will cut a whole in Big Corn Syrup. The food industry is fucking Brawndo with electrolytes, plus a shit ton of Yellow 7 and Red 5 and go knows what other flavoring agents.
     
     It's our food that's poison, combined with decline motivation to move, dance and enjoy the world with our bodies .. but it's still 70%~80% diet. Exercise only goes to far. Unless you're training for a marathon, you're not working off that Whopper in less than three days.
