They were going for an acronym of Character, but instead of the first letter standing for each word they have bisected it putting the capitals anywhere in the word they feel like, it overall looks very messy, and hard to understand. For instance, they use the first C in Character to stand for Citizenship, but they the following H the have put into Trustworthiness. They couldn't have just made it Honesty, what the fudge!
