     @mauro On Friendica, depending on how you do your view, newer interactions raise the the post up to the top of the timeline again. So if the timeline is toggled in "Latest activity" mode even older posts that have a recent like, comment, etc. percolate back up to the top.

     @hankg @mauro Beyond this sorting, in Friendica there are user settings to import conversations in your timeline from people you do not follow based on the comments and likes of the people you do follow.
