   I’ve taken 4 uber rides in the last month, each with my wife in the car and in each we had a pleasant conversation with the driver. I tipped well on each and still have gotten a 1-star and a 3-star rating in that time. WTF???

     @kel It’s really pretty infuriating. Another friend messaged me to try the Curb app for when the bus can’t get me where I need to go. I’m going to give it a shot.
