     Female to male - mix of borderline pd, high levels of anxiety, bipolar etc. (Possibly autism too but harder to diagnose in women). Probably just trying to make themselves unfuckable as a defense mechanism because dudes checking them out makes them remember a sexual trauma.
     These same girls would have probably just become fat and/or lesbian 30 years ago and never considered that they're "men inside."
