      @genmaicha some of the outfits on that list do investigative journalism and that can be good, but 100% of the places on that list produce only midwit-tier opinion pieces that are meant to confirm ingroup biases to make you feel good.

      There was a guest on Diesen a few days ago who complained bitterly how WSJ was a peer of NYT and WaPo a couple years back, and now it's the worst and only prints the dumbest propaganda
