   ...what is going on here? This hotel has about 500 rooms.

     @jhwgh1968 I don't know, it's my third visit to this hotel, and I've complained about being called "ma'am" on previous visits, I guess they decided to address the problem?

     Some people are just built different. My optician which I meet about once per year always recognizes me instantly and asks about my siblings which she knows the names of perfectly.
     But she does that memory black magic to everyone I am not special.

     @saxnot @jhwgh1968 They are not doing this to other guests, and this is only like my third time at this hotel, and the last time was over a year ago.
