that's not it, they are buying trucks from kamaz at a price set by the state, which is lower than the cost of production and also neglects actual inflation, thus leaving kamaz to ramp up the debt
don't expect a bankruptcy though, they'll just merge kamaz with some other car companies, place the debt in one place, and pay the debt with newly printed money-

I'm sure Putin is using Kamaz as a piggy bank to fund the war. Eventually, the banks will have to write off Kamaz's debt, after which Putin will "rescue" the banks by printing more rubles.
