   I was once posting about how I like Michelle Yeoh’s mandarin accent (Malaysian style) in EEAAO and they were like no everybody should speak like someone from Beijing

   And these were like.. supposedly white kids? Super bought in on the ‘China is the future’ tankie cult

   Someone was even like ‘I dunno why you moved to San Francisco, I’m so jealous that you speak mandarin but didn’t move to Shanghai, the actual LGBTQ capital of the world’

     @ubi@ecoevo.social not here, Twitter if you're even on there. They only started appearing post-Elon's Twitter since they added that algo 'For You' feed. I prolly see a lot of em bcos like a lot of people, initially I was fine/receptive with what they're saying cos they're mostly pertaining Trump yada yada (initially), and they're good at making them appear to be 'neutral' at first glance.. till eventually u realise all they do is worship China and their gov, and shit talk everyone else lol. They also like 'praising' (patronising, more like) SEA countries lmao, sure.

     Fuck these Pro-Chinese propaganda folks, honestly. They’re not only fucking annoying, they’re also a bunch of bigots who love shit-talking others WHILE pitting a group of people/countries against each other, and playing naive about it.
     
     I also have a big issue with how much buttlicking they do with their country/government, unreasonably so, when others are realistically and reasonably critical of their own. It’s ironic how these pieces of shit are only being propped up post-Elon/Trump Twitter, never before, thanks to algo feeds.
     
     Some context of the kind of things coming out of their smelly mouths: your typical India’s shit yada yada (even have the audacity to act ‘clueless’ when confronted of how obsessed they are at shit-talking India), the US of today is like the old, smelly, and inefficient ‘China of yore’ (sure bro), Japan’s bad while Germans are great (discussing war crimes, lol), and my favourite - deluded Chinese saying how weak Japan is and how inevitable it is that they’d one day be China’s.
     
     Whatever la, specifically to these delusional folks - pls just continue being the world’s cheap factory workers okay <3 Also, when encountering these people in these threads, you’d almost think they love China so much, they’d never leave the country - and yet, there’s no group of people with as bad a rep as their people when it comes to being ‘tourists’. Truth hurts.
