@thomasfuchs They especially don't work when your reasoning is "this could be cool" instead of "this could be better for everyone involved" or when the person steering the ship has apparently done zero thinking about what made the platform so appealing in the first place. And I say this as someone who hasn't been much of an Apple fan for a while. I still remember what I appreciated about it way back when, and everything they've done in the past, idk, decade? seems to be in service of erasing what's left of the character and culture.

Curious if this rings true to someone who didn't go 180 on the entire ecosystem over a decade ago?
