     @mike Fully with you on the need for full transparancy in block lists plus appeal process. IFTAS, an group I advise I think got the model right that others should mimic.

     @tchambers Block lists are far to easily weaponized and its an even bigger threat in the fediverse. If I'm going to subscribe to a block list I want clear criteria on who gets added to the list and why. I also want a clear appeal process. The decision to block a domain should be up to the instance admin with accountability to the members of the instance.
